Delivery Information

We offer delivery across the UK mainland, as well as the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and Scottish island postcodes.

Small Parcel Delivery
All smaller items are delivered via DPD and are fully tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you. A signature may be required upon delivery.

DPD deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 6:00pm. Please note that specific time slots are not available.

Furniture & Fragile Items
For larger or more delicate pieces, we provide a personalised delivery service. Once your order is placed, we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.

Additional Information
Some locations may require extended delivery times and may incur higher delivery charges. If you would like a delivery quote prior to ordering, please don’t hesitate to get in touch at hello@brontes.uk 

We are currently only able to offer delivery to the UK. For larger or heavier items, we use a specialised delivery partner who will deliver straight to your door at a pre-arranged date and time. There may be a delivery charge incurred if you have any special requirements such as white glove or delivery to a room. This will be organised prior to releasing your order.
